As one of the world's premier real estate events, MIPIM (Marché International des Professionnels de l'Immobilier) provided an invaluable platform for networking, knowledge exchange, and assessing market trends.

City representatives from Hamburg and Berlin expressed particular interest in how openDBL could enhance their smart city initiatives and support digital twin data management.

openDBL's participation at MIPIM 2025 was driven by several key strategic objectives. Firstly, the team aimed to validate market feasibility by assessing the demand and scalability of openDBL solutions within the international real estate sector. Another key objective was to conduct a competitive analysis, which involved gaining insights into potential competitors' methodologies, functionalities, and business models. Lastly, openDBL aimed to develop partnerships by engaging with key stakeholders to identify potential collaborations and opportunities for pilot projects.

Additionally, user experience will be improved to ensure that the platform remains intuitive and accessible to a diverse range of stakeholders, including city officials and real estate developers.

The team will also prioritize systems integration by developing robust APIs and ensuring seamless compatibility with existing urban planning tools and digital twins. Emphasizing sustainability, the platform will clearly demonstrate how specialized metrics and analytical tools can support green initiatives and foster sustainable urban development.
